Follow these instructions to uninstall the CDM+ client.

These steps uninstall the CDM+ client only, not Suran Server or the Aatrix Tax Forms viewer, if installed.

macOS

Uninstall the application

  1. Quit CDM+
  2. Switch to the Finder
  3. Go to  Go Applications
  4. Locate the CDM+ application
  5. Drag CDM+ to the trash

Remove all configuration data and logs

If you want to thoroughly remove CDM+ configuration data and logs, follow these steps.

Removing the configuration data will require to you complete the Setup Assistant if you install and launch CDM+ again.

Removing the logs may impact troubleshooting efforts related to using CDM+ on this computer.

  1. Switch to the Finder
  2. Hold down the option key on your keyboard and go to  Go Library
  3. Open Preferences
  4. Delete any of the these files that are present:
    • com.suran.cdm+.plist
    • com.suran.cdm+.plist.lockfile
    • com.suran.cdm+.settings.db
    • cdm.suran.cdm+.settings.df1
  5. Navigate back to the Library folder
  6. Open Application Support
  7. Open Suran
  8. Delete the CDM+ folder
  9. Delet the logos folder
  10. Navigate back to the Library folder
  11. Open Logs
  12. Open Suran
  13. Delete any files beginning with cdm+_

Windows

Uninstall the application

  1. Click Start
  2. Type CDM+
  3. Right-click the CDM+ app in your search results and choose Uninstall
  4. The Programs and Features control panel will open
  5. Click CDM+
  6. Click Uninstall in the bar above the application list
  7. Confirm you want to uninstall CDM+
  8. Allow the uninstaller to run with elevated privileges

  4. Delete any of the these files that are present:
    • com.suran.cdm+.settings.db
    • cdm.suran.cdm+.settings.df1
  5. Delete the logos folder
  6. Open Logs
  7. Delete any files beginning with cdm+_
