Some of the items you will need to have in your CDM+ database before you start using Payroll are:

  • Salary/wage expense account numbers
  • Expense accounts for the church's portion of FICA/Medicare withholdings
  • Defined account numbers for all payroll tax liabilities (including federal, state, local, etc.)
  • Vendors set up in Accounts Payable for various tax payments and other withholdings
