Fee Assist Preferences
We've added a preference to the Giver Profile for fee assist.
Engage → Giving → Giving Profile
This preference controls how Fee Assist works for gifts in Engage and Text Giving.

A giver can turn fee assist on or off on specific gifts in Engage regardless of this setting. The setting only controls the default.
Fee assist cannot be controlled per individual text gift. Fee Assist for text giving is controlled exclusively through this preference and affects all text gifts.
Prompt To Enable Fee Assist
The first time a giver makes a gift with fee assist they will be asked if they want to Automatically increase all scheduled and future gift to offset processing fees. If they reply yes:
- Any scheduled gifts will be updated to use Fee Assist
- The Fee Assist Preference (described above) will be set to All gifts
This prompt will only appear the first time a gift is made in Engage and if the Fee Assist preference has not yet been set.
A future enhancement will prompt to enable fee assist via text message if the Fee Assist preference has not yet been set.
Fee Assist for Text Giving
If your Fee Assist preference is set to All gifts or Text gifts only then text giving will automatically apply fee assist.

We've also added search and pagination to Billing invoices and payments.
Embedded Engage
Engage does not function properly if embedded in another website using an iframe HTML tag. This is due to security concerns required by modern browsers. If Engage is embedded in a website, a message will now be displayed offering to open Engage in a new window.
