The Payment Administration page gives you access to your merchant account used for processing credit card and bank account (ACH) payments. NOTE: If you have not set up a merchant account through Suran Systems, Inc. for use with tools that accept online payment (Giving Toolkit and Single Event Registration Tool), you will not have access to this page.

If you are not already logged into the WMT website, go to and enter your Username and Password to access your account.

Click the Payment Administration button at the top of the WMT homepage.

In the Payment Administration section of the WMT website, you can:

  • Search and view detailed credit card transaction records (both Live and Test transactions)
  • Print transaction receipts
  • Refund a transaction
  • Charge a credit card or bank account (dependent on which payment methods were specified on your merchant account application)
